We love this house, and this community,  sitting in the sunroom watching life on the cove in every season - the ducks and geese and tundra swans, the turtles and the fish that jump around making circles in the water, and the osprey who live close and fish here, and the way the sun makes the water sparkle like diamonds. We love watching the leaves change in our yard, and across the Creek at Maiden Point Farm, where the sun rises each day and the view from the master bedroom is amazing. We love our living room especially on winter evenings when the wood burning fireplace warms the space. Kayaking from our dock is a joy, and often we take our coffee with us and watch the sunrise from the river. From here, we can kayak to Foxy’s or ride our bikes into town. St Michaels feels like Mayberry RFD (if you are old enough to know that TV show), and at Christmas it’s post card perfect. The house is just right. The cove is peaceful and calm, and the community is warm and welcoming. Family is what’s calling us to move. This place has been a dream come true for us.
