Only rentals of 6 months or longer duration are permitted but this owner requires a minimum of 1-year lease.  The fully-executed lease will be forwarded to the management company.  No commercial vehicles are permitted to park on Canvasback Cove property (including driveways and overflow areas) but there is on-street parking. that may be permissible.
